Pleasant and stunningly beautiful hotel in a stunning position to shopping mall & shopping streets like Arabat street. Very, very nice staff and management. Stylish building and rooms with a view. Excellent service and reasonable value. Late check-out.

Luxury and perfectly clean place to stay in, it has excellant and cooperative stuff at the reception desk. The breakfast options are freshly cooked with a chef in standby and panoramic views over Moscow, for instance.

Good location, great view of the city. Nice bar on the roof terrace with view! Thanks for the concierge's taxi service. The concierge was very kind. Only the taxi man wanted more in the end. We turned him down, so we got the price we agreed on.
The refrigerator was locked.

The breakfast was used only once - it is very rich and of good quality, but too expensive. The restaurant on the 23rd floor has a good atmosphere and offers a very interesting view of a part of the city, but the chosen dish did not satisfy qualitatively. Daily change of linen, very friendly service staff and a high sense of security made for a great stay.
The road construction work in progress in the outdoor area had an enormous impact on access to the house.
